What is the process for working together?

I’ll get back to you within one business day to set up a time for a ‘no charge’ telephone consultation.
On our call, I will ask very specific questions about the nature of your business, how it’s structured, your goals, challenges, and the basic types of services you may need help with.
Once I have a good sense of the scope of services you’d like to incorporate, I will prepare a written cost proposal for your review.
We can discuss the terms of the proposal and refine the scope as necessary to meet the needs of your unique business.
Once we have agreed on the specific scope and payment terms, we will both sign a simple contract for our records.

Fixed Fees

This works best for most clients.

In this model, you work out a set monthly payment with KAF Business Solutions. Our fees will vary based on the scope of work and the needs of your company. The benefit here is that you won’t get billed for every email and phone call you make. You have set bookkeeping and service fees that you can plan on for each month or quarter.

Hourly Fee

Pay for What You Use!

Some people really like this model. It’s the “pay as you go”. The benefit is that bookkeeping services cost less in low-volume months. I recommend this for small businesses that need guidance and payroll.

Project Fee

This is great if you need a problem fixed, need to get your books caught up, or just streamline your process. In this type of situation, you would have either a set fee or hourly bookkeeping services rates depending on your need. Long-term support is included in our fees. You won’t be charged each time you call or email.
